Description
The candidate will be responsible for:
- providing a comprehensive HR service to all staff and line managers - being the first point of contact for all queries.
- work with the recruitment team to understand and ensure that gaps in services are filled.
- actively work with senior leadership on ER matters.
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- prior experience working as an HR Advisor.
- experience within the education, or public sector.
- the ability to work well on their own, and around others.
- enhanced DBS.
