As a HR Coordinator you will be responsible for facilitating all key HR functions and programs. This would be an excellent opportunity for someone with HR experience and would like to pursue a career in HR!

Client Details

Our client is a leading FMCG organisation based in Pinner and are currently looking to recruit a HR Coordinator to join their team! Working with our client you will be able to pursue your passion for HR and develop your skill set! Description

As a HR Coordinator you will be responsible for the following:

- Facilitating all key HR functions and programs

- Managing the onboarding / offboarding process

- Making sure employee records are up to date

- Ensuring the monthly payroll cycle is completed accurately

- Assist with resolving team member queries on payroll and absences

- Manage maternity and paternity cases

- First point of contact for HR queries

- Manage staff benefits such as, pension, annual leave, travel allowances etc

Profile

The successful candidate must have;

- A passion for pursuing a career in HR

- HR experience/background

- Very strong IT skills such as experience using excel

- A degree or equivalent qualification (not necessary but preferred)

- Time management skills

- Highly organised
