This is an exciting opportunity to join a Global brand as the Reward Manager for UK&I and based near to Glasgow. Reporting to the Head of Reward the position is responsible for managing and delivering key reward and benefits activities and programmes across a multi-site and diverse workforce of approx. 5K spread across the UK&I.
Working closely with HR colleagues and the Senior Leadership team you will be responsible for a number of key areas across reward and benefits whilst maintaining an overview of the Group/Global Reward and Benefits strategy:
* Job grading frameworks and pay structures
* Salary and benefits benchmarking
* Gender pay gap and reporting
* Recognition & incentive schemes
* Annual salary, pay and bonus reviews
* Providing advice to HR and the wider business on reward and benefits policies and practices
You will be an experienced Reward professional across all areas of compensation and benefits, able to demonstrate knowledge of pay structures, bonus/incentive design, job analysis/evaluation and benchmarking. With strong analytical skills you will be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively and is able to engage and build relationships at all levels.
The client site is situated within commuting distance of Glasgow and Edinburgh. They operate a flexible working model with the ability to access the office on a weekly basis, preferably three days/week. The role comes with a competitive £basic salary + bonus + benefits.
