Senior L&D Advisor

Frazer Jones is partnering with a phenomenal law firm to find a Senior L&D Advisor on a permanent basis for their central London office. The firm strives to support individuals in need, as social justice is at the heart of what they do, maintaining a people-centric approach with their legal solutions.

This is an exciting new role due to growth within the team in which you will play an integral role in the Associate and Apprentice development programmes and training. This is a highly varied role, from design to delivery across specialist and soft skill training, including elements of budget monitoring and long-term strategy. You will play a hands-on role across multiple elements of the function, working with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure seamless delivery and coordination of relevant training offerings across the firm. Role responsibilities:

• Manage the Associate Development Programme
• Collaborate with apprentice supervisors and training providers to facilitate qualification-based learning
• Develop and deliver various specialist and soft skill training offerings
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers
• Supervise the team's L&D Advisor
• Involvement in L&D budgeting

Candidate experience:

• Extensive L&D experience (professional or financial services required)
• Excellent professional and communication skills
• Forward-thinking, autonomous and confident with a proven ability to strategise and innovate
• Meticulous and able to collaborate well with others
