Recruitment Advisor

Temporary Recruitment Advisor based in Lichfield!
 
Ashley Kate HR & Finance are currently working with a unique manufacturing business based in Lichfield, on their search for a Recruitment Advisor to join the team for the next 12-18 months and have a great impact within the business.
 
This role will be Part time, 25-30 hours a week. Ideally this person will be available to work Mondays and most mornings however, there is a level flexibility on hours if any other commitments.
 
Salary £20,000 - £25,000
 
This role will include:
·Liaising directly with hiring managers
·First point of contact for any Recruitment/HR queries
·Coordinating all screening calls, and issuing feedback
·Responsible for the end to end recruitment process for a range specialist of roles
·Working collaboratively as a team
 
We are looking for someone who is ready for a challenge, proven recruitment experience, confident enough to be a decision maker once settled into the business, are able come into the business with new ideas, and have the ability to look at the bigger picture for the future recruitment for the business.
