As the HR Coordinator you will be responsible for recruitment activities as well as general HR Administrator responsibilities.

Client Details

The client is a well known not for profit institute within the Public Sector.

Description

The key responsibilities of the HR Coordinator will be:

  • Recruitment and selection (supporting the campaigns and proactively keeping the relevant manager informed of progress, preparing interview packs, obtaining references and advertising)
  • Support managers and service leaders with recruitment process
  • working with HR using Trac system
  • Coordinate all onboarding activities - equipment etc
  • organise rooms for interview
  • General ADHOC administration duties

Profile

The successful candidate for the role of HR Coordinator will have:

  • Experience in a recruitment/hr environment
  • Calm presentation
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Patient environment experience
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Offer

On offer for the suitable candidate of the HR Coordinator role:

  • Part time/Full time available (20 - 37.5 hours)
  • Hybrid working
  • 6 month FTC (potential to extend)
  • Band 5 salary range
