We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of HR Consultant. Take on an exciting new direction and demonstrate the ability to support clients on complex issues and provide evidence based recommendations and solutions.

The client is in the financial industry with offices all over the Uk and have sterling reputation for providing commercial support to a broad range of clients across a variety of sectors.

Description

- Ensure all customers receive effective HR advice in a cost effective and efficient way, and are given consistent advice on the interpretation of HR policies, procedures and legislation

- Provide a high quality professional HR service, advising and leading on a range of HR activity e.g. complex casework, transformational change, workforce planning, and resourcing solutions under the direction of the Senior HR Consultants

- Facilitate business process re-engineering, restructuring and reorganisations including advice on out-sourcing and TUPE issues.

- Prepare client contracts of employment, offer letters, and draft other correspondence (for example, acknowledgement of resignation letters, disciplinary and grievance invite and outcome letters, sickness absence and AWOL letters, and change to terms letters) and other general correspondence, as required.

- Consider the broader business context and implications and not just the immediate challenge or task in hand when advising clients

Profile

- CIPD Qualified

- Expertise and a proven track record in delivering on HR-related work within one or more of the following areas: HR operations, HR transformation programmes, enabling HR technologies, shared services, HR organisation design or a specialist HR area (e.g. learning, recruitment, benefits, reward, performance and talent)

- 5+ years experience working in HR

- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously

- Understand a consultative sales process.

- Confident in value-based selling.
