Description
Working collaboratively with divisional business stakeholders and the Resourcing Delivery Manager you'll design and articulate achievable resourcing plans to meet current and future needs. You'll also work in partnership with our Talent Attraction Specialist to shape and implement innovative attraction campaigns across a diverse range of roles and opportunities.
Profile
- Excellent stakeholder management with demonstrable experience of relationship building at all levels
- Significant experience working as a Senior Resourcing Specialist/Business Partner within the Financial Services Sector
- Demonstrable experience of managing Senior level complex vacancies across all organisational levels
- Experience with deploying a range of innovative talent attraction methods and strategies for a challenging skill market
- Proven experience of working in partnership with senior managers to influence and advise on all aspects of recruitment
- Experience and knowledge of talent management processes and best practice
Job Offer
- Basic salary up to £48,000 depending on experience
- Annual bonus (up to 17.5% of salary)
