Page Personnel HR are working with a manufacturing client with offices in Lytham St. Annes and Preston. Following growth and restructure in their HR team, they are recruiting for an HR Assistant to join and support a team of 5. The role will have generalist responsibilities and gain exposure to more advisory level work. The company offer great benefits and flexible working.

Our client are a growing manufacturing business with international reach. They have two offices in Lytham St. Annes and Preston and their HR team is expected to work across both sites. They are recruiting for an HR Assistant to join and support their busy and friendly team which support different divisions and focus on specialist areas of HR further down the line. Description
The key responsibilities for the HR Assistant in Lytham St. Annes are:
- providing generalist administrative support to the team
- processing paperwork for recruitment, onboarding, and reporting
- taking notes in employee relations meetings
- supporting learning & development functions
- advising employees on key HR matters
- handling day-to-day queries
- updating and maintaining HR systems
- supporting with various projects
Profile
The successful candidate will have/be:
- previous experience in an HR capacity
- experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- meticulous attention to detail
- strong communication skills
- computer literate with MS Office and HR systems
- full driving licence and own means of transport required for this role
