£40,000 + bonus + generous benefits

Buckinghamshire / West London - Hybrid with travel to multi-sites

Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering with a leading high end interior design organisation who due to success and growth are recruiting for a HR Advisor.

Reporting into the Group HR Business Partner this role will focus on supporting the delivery of Group HR strategy and operational plans, as well as being the central point of advice for all people related issues across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Advise, guide and coach managers on all aspects of the employee life cycle, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, flexible working, and redundancy; escalating to more senior members of HR as required
• Act as the first point of contact for line managers on HR
• Supporting recruitment cycle from an administrative perspective
• Coordinate and deliver the Group HR Induction Programme for new starters
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the HR team, systems, and practice
• Support the Group HR BP to implement organisational design initiatives and change.

Experience and qualifications

• Strong generalist background as a HR advisor, consultant or similar role - ideally around 2 or 3 years
• Proven experience advising managers on complex HR and ER matters
• Ability to travel/ work across multiple sites
• CIPD qualified (or currently working towards)
