Senior HR Advisor
£45,000 - £55,000 DOE

As the Senior HR Advisor you will work closely with the Senior Business Partner, supporting on the delivery of the strategic people agenda across the region, its a generalist role that will involve Change Management, Reward, Engagement, ED&I whilst supporting managers across the region with all People Related matters, building and maintaining string relationships with union representatives.
In order to be considered for this role, you will need previous experience within a unionised environment, and be happy to travel across the region, you will also need to demonstrate the following;
Previous experience within a large organisation, with a string generalist background Project and Change Management experience Previous experience with trade unions is desirableThe ability to build strong relationships remotely CIPD Level 5 or above (experience over CIPD will also be considered) Analytical approach to data and using it identifying trends, suggesting improvements and identifying areas of focus
