Talent Development Business Partner

Due to continued growth and an enviable People focus and culture, this is an exciting opportunity to join a Professional Services firm in Bristol to own the direction of travel for Talent Development across the business.

With established and clear career frameworks this position reports to the Talent Development Director and is responsible for shaping and delivering the talent development offering across front and back office teams. Working closely with HR Business Partners and liasing with key business stakeholders you will focus on a number of key areas:

* Shape, design and deliver the talent/people development offering and programmes to drive firm strategic priorities and including the support of the delivery of the firm's performance review cycle
* Identify future leadership and emerging talent
* Upskill business support teams
* Facilitate group coaching sessions and manage external client programmes
* External benchmarking to ensure that Talent Development programmes are robust and up to date with modern market themes

Ideally you will possess experience of talent development and/or learning and development at Business Partner level within a financial or professional services firm, or a similar head office environment. The role will require you to operate with confidence at a strategic and operational level to drive the business forward through the delivery of robust and effective talent development programmes. You will be comfortable 'on your feet' in front of internal and external audiences, facilitating and presenting in front of Partners. You must be able to provide a high touch service, and demonstrate excellent communication skills and commercial awareness to be considered for this role.
