Interim Senior HR Business Partner role

9-12 month FTC

The client is in the NHS

Description

As Interim Senior HR BP, you will be responsible for;

  • Support Head of HR to ensure high quality HR provision across the business
  • Manage HR operational team members
  • Ensure all HR advice given is legally compliant and adheres to all relevant policies and procedure
  • Act as escalation point for particularly complex casework
  • Lead on strategic HR objectives for the division, working closely with Head of HR and divisional directors
  • Support whole organisation wide people strategy

Profile

The successful candidate will;

  • Have a proven track record at HR Business Partner level
  • CIPD qualified
  • Experience working within NHS and have knowledge of AfC T&Cs
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and exposure to high complex ER casework

Job Offer

On offer for the successful candidate;

  • 9-12 month FTC
  • Hybrid working (c. 2-4 times a month in the office, but flexible to meet the needs of the business)
