Origin exists to make change happen for the good of communities. We help people by providing safe, decent, affordable homes and sustainable communities as the foundation of a good quality of life. As a registered social landlord, managing over 7,000 homes in London and Hertfordshire, Origin provides a range of homes as well as care and support services to those who are vulnerable.

We are a strong and successful organisation with a great reputation, rich in the legacy of our founders and a proud history of almost 100 years in meeting the housing needs of local people.  Today, Origin remains completely focused on our social purpose. We are driven to do more to serve our local communities, providing services that make their lives easier and homes and communities they are proud to live in. We recognise that the values, skills, diversity and commitment of our workforce are key to our success. Our people strategy is innovative and exciting and is already delivering great results.

To help us on the next steps of our journey we are now seeking an exceptional individual to join us as our strategic leader for People, Organisational Development and our Workplace. In this key leadership role you’ll be heading up a brilliant team of People and Workplace professionals, making a leading contribution as a senior manager of Origin and providing expert advice and support to the Executive team and Board.

This role offers a fantastic career opportunity for an ambitious, driven and commercially aware People professional to build on your track record of successful delivery in a values-based environment and in developing and implementing an innovative, empowering and values-driven People strategy. You’ll also lead on strategy for our workplace environment, ensuring that our use of our space and facilities continues to enhance our ways of working and our culture of empowerment, flexibility and a mature and mutual relationship of trust between our 300 colleagues.

If you are excited by the opportunity to play a critical role in helping Origin move forward and believe you possess the attributes and skills to be our new Head of People, Organisational Development and the Workplace, then please contact our recruitment partners at Morgan Law to express your interest and to find out more.

The closing date for application is midnight on Sunday 25th September 2022.

Please note, all direct and Third Party Applications will be forwarded to Morgan Law
