As an internal recruiter you will be managing the recruitment process from start to finish and will have the rewarding feeling of landing someone their dream job! As well as handling the entire recruitment process, you will also be responsible for running our clients social media pages in order to advertise exciting roles!

Client Details

Our client is a leading company within the FMCG industry based in Pinner and is looking for someone with recruitment experience to cover maternity leave on a FTC (9-12 months). Working with our client you will have the opportunity to earn excellent commission on top of a competitive salary. Our client also offers flexible working hours and the opportunity for hybrid working!

Description

As an internal recruiter you will be responsible for the following:

- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including, screening candidates CV's, advertising roles on appropriate social media channels, to arrange interviews, receive interview feedback and manage job offers

- Using social media and job boards in a proactive way in order to ensure candidate engagement

- To work closely with the HR team when processing any job offers

- Review candidate applications

- To work closely with hiring managers to understand what they are looking for in a candidate and to prepare potential interviews

- Building responsible for being rapport with candidates

- Reducing recruitment costs

Profile

The successful Internal Recruiter will have the following:

- Previous experience in a recruitment role, either agency or internal recruitment

- Experience screening candidates

- Experience using job boards to advertise new roles

- Confidence on the phone to candidates

- Organised

- Good at time management
