Provide administrative and general support for the Human Resources team as required.

Client Details

Our client is an established business with offices across the UK.

Description

  • Processing new starters and leavers
  • Creating job specs and adverts
  • Posting vacancies
  • Acting as a first point of contact for any people-related queries from managers and staff.
  • Creating and maintaining accurate employee records, in line with our policies.
  • Preparing contracts of employment, offer letters, new starter packs and all employment change letters.
  • Co-ordination and administration of whole recruitment process.
  • Providing support with all HR administration tasks, including benefits, events, internal communications and engagement.

Profile

  • Strong administration skills and highly organised
  • Ability to multitask, be flexible and willing to pitch in with tasks
  • Ability to work accurately, with a good attention to detail
  • A positive, practical, and level-headed approach to situations.
  • Be able to work in an organised manner, in a pressured environment with conflicting demands, meeting deadlines, prioritising effectively and using initiative.
  • Strong team player with a 'can do' attitude.
