An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team and help advice, guide and support all managers on ensuring all risks are identified and managed and legislative processes followed in line with company policy and procedures.

One of the largest providers of care for older people in the UK and offer a range of care services from residential care to nursing care. Some of our homes also offer care for people with mental health needs, neurological conditions and rehabilitation.
Description
Employee Relations - Lead on all core ER cases in the team
- sickness, performance management, grievances and disciplinaries
- To provide weekly and monthly HR reports in relation to all HR matters.
- To keep up to date with the developments in employment legislation and HR best practice
- Support ad hoc recruitment activity ensuring compliance to internal policies and the selection of the most suitable candidates
- To effectively prioritise and manage high volumes of various types of HR queries
- To prepare and issue contracts of employment.
Profile
- Membership of CIPD or demonstrable HR experience.
- Previous experience in developing relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Relevant experience within a multi-site organisation.
- An affirmed understanding regarding CIPD best practice and common UK employment law.
- IT proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong HR Advisor skills 3+years
