HR BUSINESS PARTNER 

Heathrow 

 

*HR BUSINESS PARTNER – up to £70K + 10% bonus + Company car + benefits* 

 

We are partnered with an exciting, award-winning and trusted Aviation company looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. Operating in many global airports, they aim to provide world-class passenger experience to meet the needs of the clients.  

 

The successful candidate will have previous experience in aviation. They are looking for an individual that is very hands on, a strong communicator, can effectively challenge and influence relationships inside and outside HR, and is an effective team player. 

 

SKILLS REQUIRED: 

  • Previous experience and strong background in the understanding of Aviation 

  • Previous HR Business Partner experience/background to run the Aviation business 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

  • Ability to manage a team effectively and efficiently  

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Provide HR guidance when appropriate and consult with the managers 

  • Support customer retention and business development 

  • Partner with HR and business leaders in order to build relationships and ensure a high customer focus and engaged workforce 

  • Coach internal clients, review onboarding for new leaders and provide day to day performance management guidance
