Junior HR Business Partner
Annapurna HR is delighted to have partnered with a globally renowned historic organisation. The global organization has dynamic and global network, which spans over 70 specialties in 40 different countries.
The perfect Junior HR Business Partner will be able to confidently deliver transformation projects focused on making a difference in HR growth as well as having extensive HR generalist experience. Reporting to the HR Business Partner for corporate functions and partnered with first-line managers.
Role:
- Leading on people processes e.g., recruitment, benefit, and compensation management
- Creating a reputation as a reliable and trusted advisor with stakeholders providing commercially focused strategic and operational HR activities
- Transforming HR constantly driving action from data and communication insights to enable growth and updating policies partnered with HR administrators
Skills:
- Strong HR generalist experience having handled change projects such as maternity and paternity policies
- Confident Stakeholder management ability to influence through strong communication, ensuring alliance with key business strategy
- Passionate in delivering the expected standard of service through being adaptable and driven
- Will have partnered with corporate functions previously
