Talent, Leadership & Performance Manager – Permanent

London Or Birmingham (Hybrid)

Annapurna HR has partnered with a leading communications company, who are looking for a Talent, Leadership & Performance Manager to join their UK team.

Successful candidates will be experienced in leadership, learning and talent expertise and can work in a scaling, fast paced environment. You will be working in a Hybrid model which consists of 2 days a week in either the London or Birmingham office.

Duties will Include;

  • Supporting delivery of Talent & Performance management processes (Education, assessment, reviews, data analysis and partnering with HRBPs and Senior Stakeholders to build out strategies)
  • Implementing talent development strategies that ensures healthy succession pipeline for leadership roles.
  • Working closely to sponsor and support our talent with their personal and career development.
  • Identifying, implementing and measuring the impact of opportunities to drive continuous improvement in early talent development programmes.
  • Contributing to the design and delivery of Talent & Leadership initiatives/programmes, and embed through HRBPs into the business
