As an employee relations specialist you will be responsible for managing ER cases from start to finish, ensuring that the best possible solution has been reached in a timely and efficient manner!

Client Details

Our client is leading FMCG organisation based in the UK and are currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Officer to join their team in Watford! Description

As an Employee Relations Officer you will be responsible for:

- Managing ER cases from start to finish, ensuring that the best possible solution is reached in a timely and efficient manner

- Ensure that ER cases are dealt are legally compliant with employment law

- Maintaining a portfolio of around 30 cases on average

- Support in the delivery of ER training modules

- Examples of potential ER cases could be: disciplinaries, grievances, absent management etc

- Potential travel for on site support with ER cases however this will be minimal (once a month)

Profile

The successful candidate will need:

- A strong ER background with proven experience of handling a variety of ER cases from start to finish

- An understanding of employment law

- An ability to assess problems and reach the best possible outcome in a timely and efficient manner

- Excellent organisational skills

- Strong communication skills

- CIPD qualification desired but not required
