As the HR & Resourcing Advisor, this is the perfect role to make your mark and lead in all Resourcing from on boarding to recruitment planning and strategy.
 
The role:
·Review, improve, update recruitment process, delivering best practice, cost effective recruitment solutions
·Communication - Build strong relationships with management and act as first point of contact for Recruitment for 2 sites, supporting with analysing needs and developing briefs
·Manage, lead, co-ordinate and interview for a wide range of roles across permanent and temporary workforce
·Be responsible for leading the employer branding for candidate attraction methods, specifically leading the company social media presence.
·Management of the full on boarding process up to inductions, Review and improve these process
·Support and on occasion lead HR projects  


·Drive a positive outlook, overcome challenges, be values driven!
 
This would be a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about candidate attraction, ED&I, someone who is strong in systems management, who can contribute to wider generalist HR activity.
