Hospitality organisation based in Central London
Description
The successful ER Advisor will be responsible for:
- Being the first point of contact for all employee relations queries
- Managing their own varying caseload
- Managing the family leave and advising employees on this
- Ad-hoc HR projects
Profile
The successful ER Advisor will have:
- Worked within a HR team previously
- Managed their own caseload of ER cases
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to build relationships quickly with both employees and stakeholders
Job Offer
The successful ER Advisor can expect a salary between £33-37,000 pro rata for a 6 month FTC
