As a HR officer you will be the first point of contact for all HR related queries! As part of this HR generalist role you will be supporting the business with all employee related matters such as onboarding, offboarding, training, recruitment, job adverts, interviews etc. This role offers flexible working such as the opportunity for hybrid working and flexible working hours!

Our client is a leading FMCG organisation that is currently looking for a HR Officer to join their team in North London! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has previous HR experience and is looking to progress their career in HR! Description

As a HR Officer you will be responsible for the following:

- Welcoming new employees to the organisation

- Maintaining employee information and making sure records are up to date

- Completing monthly payroll by making sure hours and attendance records are up to date

- Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business

- Support any projects that require HR input

- Help with administrative functions

- Working closely with senior managers

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following:

-Previous HR generalist experience

- A passion for HR as a career

- CIPD level 3 (or studying towards)

- Experience with payroll systems is desired but not required

- Strong communication and organisation skills
