LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Due to continued growth and success the Hays UK&I business have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our industry leading national L&D Team.

Your New Role

Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, you will have a varied and interesting role where you will be responsible for facilitating the learning and development of all staff across the UK&I. Your duties will include scheduling core training programmes, providing insight and consultation on courses and ensuring our staff receive relevant learning at the right time. You will have full autonomy and ownership over the co-ordination of our new starter and early careers training programmes. This will involve working closely and consulting with the business on training requirements, queries and deadlines, developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders across varying levels, and proactively considering training resources. You will work closely with the L&D team, providing key support to the L&D Partners and Regional Coaches and have the opportunity to implement new ways of working to create efficiencies and ensure the scheduling process is optimised.

What You'll Need to Succeed in Your Role

You will play a vital role in ensuring that both national and regional L&D is delivered in a timely, efficient, and organised way so you will ideally have strong administration skills, a proven track record in proactive problem solving and excellent attention to detail. You'll be used to working to, and delivering on, strict business deadlines and be able to competently manage a busy workload. Exceptional interpersonal skills, both written and verbal are also crucial plus you'll feel confident working with senior stakeholders in our business. You'll also be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages and be able to demonstrate digital fluency. Overall, you'll be professional, trustworthy and enjoy a challenge!
