Description
Key responsibilities:
- Meeting & greeting staff and guests
- Informing hosts of arrival and escorting to meeting rooms
- Meeting room management
- Hotel and Taxi bookings
- Assist with hospitality bookings and event coordination
- Assist with stock management and ordering of snacks and pantry supplies
- Direct incoming phone calls and operation of switchboard
- Central point of contact for internal staff
- Diary and expense management as required
Profile
Successful candidate:
- Financial/Professional Services experience
- Exceptional client service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage own workload
- Excellent Microsoft suite skills
- Excellent attention to detail
