This role will Business Partner the Head of a Global Business Unit within the Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences Sector.

You will partner on an organisation wide transformation to a global shared services model.

Client Details

Our client is international and operates in the Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals space.

Our client is based West of London and would be commutable from locations like Slough, Maidenhead and Windsor.


You will join as an HR Director for a Business Unit within this Global Life Sciences / Pharmaceuticals Company.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Working as a strategic partner to the Business Unit's leadership team.
  • Ultimate accountability for the local HR delivery in the regional businesses.
  • Support the Business Unit Head on the delivery of a Transformation Project to move to a Global Shared Services model.


You must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience at an HR Director level or at a Senior HR Business Partnering Level
  • Experience working in a Matrixed organisation
  • Experience working in a Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical business or experience partnering employees with a Scientific or Medical background.
  • Experience Business Partnering across an international or global remit. Ideally you will have worked with Works Councils in Europe.
  • Experience supporting HR and Stakeholders in Transformation and Change, ideally the transformation of an organisation to a global shared services model.

Job Offer

Our client is offering an international HR Director role and a salary of between of £100,000 and £110,000 + car allowance + benefits

Our client is offering a hybrid work model and expects you to be in a office between 2 and 3 days a week. The office in West of London and commutable from locations like Slough, Maidenhead and Windsor.
