Oakleaf Partnership are currently recruiting for a specialist to join a professional development team within a global management consultancy firm. The specialist will work alongside the professional development programme elements and activities.

Senior Specialist:

  • £45,000 - £55,000
  • Full time
  • Permanent
  • Hybrid
  • Central London

Key role responsibilities:

  • Maintain the data of people and talent within the firm ensuring the integration of information on talent systems.
  • Draft key documents with keen eye to detail
  • Assemble all data and charts to review
  • Handle onboarding and integration of new hires
  • Working closely with recruitment and training to team to ensure seamless onboarding
  • Assist new starters transferring from other areas of the global firm
  • Manage key aspects of the firms people data
  • Support aspects of senior partner nominations
  • Support transitions of departing partners
  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the partner peer group programme
  • Support global in the development and testing of global tools
  • Suggest development on coaching programmes and communicate with external providers via feedback, meetings and updates
  • Team up with partners to provide updates and development plans for training, social events and offsites
  • In addition, the role will include data and promotion handling

The person:

  • Highly organised
  • Previous experience of L&D preference would be handling professional development
  • Previous experience of working in a demanding corporate environment
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills necessary
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Degree qualification minimum
  • Previous experience of developing relationships with clients and additional stakeholders
  • Previous experience using excel, PowerPoint, word
