Field based 3 days per week and the rest home based
Reporting directly into the CPO, you will be responsible for providing HR business support to the region's business leaders, consulting in all HR areas and offering a true partnership to drive business results.
A full driving license essential
The main purpose of HR is to support and enable managers across the organisation
*Overseeing the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives in line with the overarching people strategy
*Working with the leadership team to monitor and manage employee relations issues
*Acting as a leadership coach and confidant, providing counsel and feedback as necessary to optimize leadership effectiveness
*Supporting the operations teams in TUPE/client discussions, ensuring the best employee experience for new employees throughout transition.
*Developing and use HR KPI's to inform and support decisions which impact and improve business performance.
You will have multi-site HR Business Partnering experience preferably from working within a service led business and have strong generalist HR experience with strong commercial awareness. You'll have proven project management experience and the ability to think both critically and analytically to deliver results on time to tight deadlines. The ability to negotiate and influence will be key as will the ability to build solid relationships throughout the business.
