Your new role
This position is responsible for the delivery of local people plans. In this role you will support the HR Business Partner team to deliver activities over a wide range of HR areas . This role regards PD and Talent, Reward and Recognition, Learning and Development, Resourcing, and International Mobility. You will be focused on headcount and budget keeping while managing a small international client group.
What you will need to Succeed
With previous experience as a senior HR advisor/Junior BP you will need the confidence to drive diversity, create methodology to develop successful teams, identify talent and embed performance culture. You will need experience working in a complex global matrix. You must also be effective at business partnering by culturing relationships and acting as a point of contact to strategically resolve problems. You must be well versed with excel while being able to multitask. You will be available on short notice (they can wait up to one month).
