Newly vacant post supporting three sites as part of the Senior Leadership Team as Regional HR Manager. Working for a fast-paced high pressure FMCG business you will come with previous experience in sector ideally – or can demonstrate the impact you have had in previous roles in equally fast paced environments.
You will be the strategic partner to the manufacturing and logistics operations in this region, but also form part of a best-in-class UK wide HR team supporting other operations up and down the UK. Supported by a small team you will ensure delivery of key strategic and tactical people plans to include:
- Championing the inclusion and diversity agenda enabling people to feel confident in bringing their whole self to work Delivery of an ongoing change agenda and continuous improvement agenda Build a best-in-class talent attraction and development programme to win the war on talent Advise stakeholders on how to build improved performance and capability across all areas within your remit Buidling a first-class employee engagement offering and taking ownership of the communications forum Manage risk by driving and delivering the ER strategy.
Your experience will have been gained in a fast-paced blue chip organisation, confident in your ability to influence and impact throughout the organisation. You must have previous Trade Union experience and be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver complex ER cases with effective outcomes.
