A great chance to become a HR Coordinator within a large Business Services firm based within London. The role will allow someone to build upon their existing skill set in HR and develop both personally and professionally.

Client Details

A large Business Services firm based within London that offer and provide multiple services to clients all over the UK.

Description

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Being a "champion" on site for all employee well-being issues
  • Guiding managers to adhere to HR policy
  • Providing relevant first line advice
  • Supporting administration for the full employee life-cycle
  • Making sure that the weekly and monthly payroll processes are in place
  • Producing offer letter and contracts
  • Working closely alongside the wider HR and Payroll team

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Have prior experience working within a HR environment
  • Demonstrate good HR knowledge
  • Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and written
  • Have the ability to show empathy and influence decision making to reach the right outcome
  • Show good organisation and and planning skills

Job Offer

If successful, the HR Coordinator will be offered:

  • A salary of £27,000 - £30,000
  • The opportunity for hybrid working
