Reward Advisor

  • Permanent
  • Circa £40,000 - £53,000
  • Location: West London
  • Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reward Analyst to join a highly recognised organisation and develop their career. This is a business facing role which will provide a mix of BAU and project work, and be part of a close-knit reward team and function. You will be working closely with and reporting directly to the Head of Reward.

The Reward Analyst responsibilities will include:

  • Support the implementation and delivery of reward projects
  • Support annual reward processes including pay, bonus, and LTIP calculations and review
  • Salary survey submissions
  • Salary benchmarking
  • Job levelling & grading
  • Job evaluations using WTW
  • Perform pay, reward, and benefits data analysis
  • Gender pay gap, ethnicity pay gap, and other ad hoc reporting

What you must have:

  • Experience in a similar reward analyst role
  • Experience working through year-end compensation processes
  • Confidence and experience of working in a business facing Reward role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong excel skills, reporting, working with large data sets
