My client, a successful, award-winning financial services business based in Skipton are currently going through an exciting system implementation and are therefore looking to recruit an established HR Systems Analyst to be apart of a huge value add systems implementation which will make a big impact on the people services function across the business.


Your new role
Reporting to the Head of colleague experience and working closely with key stakeholders, The key focus for this role will be to maintain, develop and drive forward the core People systems while making sure they are fit for purpose, and also supporting the wider People team strategic priorities and projects with a view to continuously improve the People function & the business's digital process. This business is at the beginning stages of launching the new Workday system and the successful candidate will play an instrumental part of this journey, supporting with data structures, migrating data across from the current HR system as well as supporting with the system security and maintenance elements. This role will also be responsible for the day to day operational management and development of the People Systems managed within the team and work collaboratively to develop, manage and continuously reviewing the controls put in place to support our People Systems secure. The successful candidate will Be a key contributor to drive forward the People Digital systems to make sure they are fit for purpose and ultimately provide the best colleague experience.

What you'll need to succeed
This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact and play a pivotal role in this exciting new system launch aswell as looking at continuous ways to improve the overall colleague experience. The successful candidate must have previous experience of working within a HR service delivery role. You will have some knowledge of HR systems implementations and have experience of change control processes. The successful candidate will have the ability to influence, engage and build trust in partnership with key stakeholders at all levels and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is vital. You must be able to demonstrate examples of manage own workloads to deliver on deadlines. Experience of Workday systems would be ideal but not essential.
