Hays is excited to represent an established government organisation, seeking for an HR Projects-Retention Specialist-12 Month FTC, could extend or lead to permanent.
Your new role
An exciting job opportunity for a Retention Project Specialist. This is a brand new role and you will be part of the People & Workforce Development Team, the organisation are embarking on a new journey to improve retention, you will be part of a high-profile team, delivering an exciting project to retain employees.
Duties will include:
Reviewing and improving the people retention strategy and engagement project plan.
Co-ordinating activities for the short, medium and long-term strategic retention and engagement projects.
Supporting the development of the employer branding proposition with external specialists, that attracts a diverse range of people and engagement plans throughout the organisation.
Responsible for day-to-day management and progression of the Retention Plans.
Assess complex issues and develop solutions to present to leadership to continually improve retention.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR Manager / HR BP / HR Project Specialist or HR Consultant who has experience managing or leading on Retention projects. Experience within a complex, multi-site organisation would be advantageous, experience of organisational design is desirable.
