This role includes checking hiring needs from clinics across the UK as well as assessing the availability of medical staff and assigning them to difference locations each day! Description

As a Medical Staffing Planner you will be responsible for the following:

- Being first point of contact for queries from practice managers and temporary staff (via phone and email)

- Checking the temporary hiring needs of clinics throughout the UK

- Supporting managers to use the locam booking system effectively

- Assigning staff to the appropriate location and shift each day

- Collating spreadsheets to assess staff availability

- Arranging phone calls with staff and hiring managers

- Administrative/clerical duties

- Liasing with Locums to arrange rates of pay and terms and conditions

- Updating internal Locum trackers

Profile

The successful candidate will:



- Have previous administrative/office based experience

- Have experience using spreadsheets

- Confident speaking to different people each day

- Be highly organised

- Able to work under a fast paced environment

- Able to work under pressure
