Your new role
As the Learning & Development Manager you will report into the HR Director and be responsible for developing, practicing and supervising training and development programs at different levels within the organization. You conduct research into the needs of learning and development within the organization and proactively look for opportunities and possibilities for the organization.
What you'll need to succeed
Have experience of working in a fast paced and large-scale environment ideally within the hospitality or retails sector.
Have worked in Multisited/Multibranded organisation
Hold a relevant qualification and have extensive L&D experience
