Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be partnering once more with a much loved customer of ours. This global group covers many different industries and is almost exclusively loved in each. This new role is working in one of the newest and most exciting parts of the group, and they are looking for someone of excellent capability but also potential as this role is likely to grow as the company does. Its an exciting time to join!
What are we looking for? A real mix of experience and strong commerciality as well as ambition curiosity and hunger to develop. There is a real view that this role could develop to lead the team in the next 18 months. This role will sit within the reward team alongside 2 other reward managers who operate in a project manager capacity working with a team of analysts. The two reward managers currently there are currently looking at harmonisation projects. Your role will be to apply your grounding in reward to focus strategically on incentives.
You will comfortable in the detail but also be able to articulate yourself to your key stakeholders, you will be comfortable interpreting data and bringing together new and innovative ideas that might solve problems. Ie how might the company incentivise workers over shorter 18-24 month periods where the usual tool pays out over 36/48 months.
You will need an inquisitive mind and you will need to be able to deal with a good deal of ambiguity, this is a new part of the business there is direction and there is focus, but the business is not the finished article which will make it a really invigorating and fun environment to be part of.
You will need to be able to get to Slough Reading and Hammersmith, where the team has committed to being twice a week together. As this is a new team there is appetite to spend time together as they develop their culture.
Finally as I mentioned the hiring manager specifically has asked me to find someone who will be ready to step up into their role in the next 12/18 months.
