Your new company
Our not for profit organisation is recruiting an Organisation Development Business Partner to be based at their office in Hailsham on a hybrid basis. Reporting into the HR BP, you will be joining a team of 12 other generalist and specialist HR professionals.
Your new role
As a OD BP, you will support the People and OD Manager to drive the implementation of the People Strategy by leading on the delivery of organisational development initiatives and interventions working closely with directors, senior managers and line managers to support and develop the culture, capability and capacity to meet current and emerging organisational needs.
You will also be responsible for the following:
- Line management of 2.5 professionals
- Design and deliver effective interventions and approach to talent and successful management
- Review, develop and implement an organisational wide performance management framework which supports organisational objectives
- Ensure there is a robust process for identifying, capturing and prioritising training needs
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must have experience of design and implementing OD processes and services within a complex organisation with experience in delivering organisational change programmes within time frames.
What you'll get in return
