Your new company
Our Utilities client is recruiting an HR Advisor to join a small team of 2 and have support of a wider, larger HR team. You will be based at their head office in Worthing, on a hybrid basis of 2 days per week in the office and 3 at home.
Your new role
As a HR advisor you will be responsible for supporting managers around the business with ER activities, this could include upskilling and coaching managers through the Employee Relations process as well as supporting them with the management of caseload. The team will be managing 20 to 30 case loads at any one time ranging from sickness to poor performance.

In order to succeed in the role you must have experience within a HR role.
