We are working with a leading software company based in the UK and Europe who have an excellent opportunity for an Internal Recruitment Advisor to work in one of their commercial teams due to their on-going success and huge expansion plans.
Your new role
Recruiting for the Internal Sales team you would report into the Recruitment Partner managing a variety of commercial roles c. 25 roles at a time with salaries ranging from entry level up to senior managerial roles (salaries c. £60,000), specialising in mid-senior level internal sales roles. You would work closely with managers across the business which is UK wide and some exposure to European markets and have the opportunity to build excellent stakeholder relationships.
Day to day duties include:
- Assist in running assessment centres
- Use all the direct recruitment tools available, from direct approaches to job boards, LinkedIn and social media to identify, engage candidates
- Manage an efficient end-to-end recruitment process.
- Build a talent pipeline
- Make recommendations on improving employer brand to access the best talent
This is a full time role with standard working hours Monday to Friday 9-5.30 with fully flexible working available.
You will be predominately home based with the occasional days working from the midlands office (Leicestershire) and have the opportunity to be office based more frequently if desired.
What you'll need to succeed
As a person our client are looking for ambitious, pro-active and passionate recruiters who really want to make a difference to the organisation by recruitment top talent. You will be a well-rounded and experienced recruiter, ideally from an agency or high volume environment where you understand the pressures involved in a busy recruitment role. You will need experience in direct souring, excellent stakeholder management and results driven with proven experience delivering on KPIs such as quality hires, time to hire and cost per hire. For this role you must be able to demonstrate success recruiting for mid to senior level roles in Commercial markets.
