Job Details

As a People Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of generalist duties, from the employee life cycle, to recruitment, employee relations and project work. You will be working in a small HR Operations team made up of a wider HR team than spans globally.

Client Details

The client is a recognised as a market leader and is very well respected in the Financial Services landscape. The client requires candidates to work 5 days a week in the office, with a degree of flexibility, 9-6. You will be financially rewarded for your hard work and progression within the business is highly promoted.


You will be responsible for:

-Mobility and On-boarding for EMEA employees

-Liaise and manage relationships with hiring managers

- Partner with global compensation team on all compensatory offer documents

-Produce monthly HR Reports

-Update and maintain their HR System Workday

-Review and advise on policies

-Support with employee relations cases

-Participate in project work


The successful candidate MUST have a minimum of 3 years HR experience working in Financial Services. You must be willing to go the City of London offices 5 days a week, working 9-6.

You will be highly ambitious, intellectually curious and strive for continuous improvement.

You will be degree educated to a minimum and will present yourself professionally and have strong communication skills.
