Job Details

As HR Manager, you will provide cross departmental support, delivering a variety of people-focused projects and processes. You will work closely with line managers and senior management to provide high quality HR advice and process management in line with best practice and employment legislation.

Client Details

My client is a London based B-corp start up.


  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR queries across the organisation
  • Generate contractual and onboarding documents for new starters
  • Advise managers on disciplinary, grievance and absence policy guiding on best practice and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and process all employment related changes, including contract amendments, promotions, annual salary increases, bonus payments and leavers
  • Organise performance review policies and procedures with the aim to introduce Learning & Development opportunities
  • Support hiring managers with the recruitment process, job description development and interview guidance
  • Any other ad-hoc duties or projects


  • Demonstrable experience within a HR Generalist capacity
  • Up to date knowledge of best practice and employment law
  • Employee relations case management experience (grievances, whistle blowing, sickness, disciplinaries and grievances)
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments

Job Offer

12 month FTC

£50,000 plus package
