Your new role
As the HR Advisor you will reporting directly into the HR Manager and support the team with a cull generalist remit. Key areas will include Recruitment, Performance Management, Payroll Administration, Talent Management and Workforce Planning as well and HRIS maintenance. Using your advisory experience you will help to coach and develop managers and support with the full Employee Lifecycle
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 3 years HR experience working in a busy HR function operating at advisory level
Have worked in a global organisation
CIPD L5 min or equivalent Have experience of working with other countries French Speaking will be an advantage
