Develop, lead and implement the Group's Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing strategy across Europe, Middle East & Africa. Manage a team of two & work closely with the Talent Acquisition & Leadership/Team teams.

Description

  • Working closely with colleagues, set the direction and facilitate the delivery of the Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing agenda for EMEA to improve D&I outcomes and build an inclusive culture across the Group.
  • Design strategically aligned and innovative solutions, anticipating and proactively responding to external trends and changes in regulation and legislation.
  • Produce D&I reporting for the Boards and for various committees
  • Identify sources of diversity, inclusion and wellbeing emerging trends / thought leadership through external connections and networking groups
  • Provide advice on the attraction development and retention of diverse talent to HR teams and the wider business
  • Act as a role model and influencer for change initiatives, proactively driving the department forward using a range of change management techniques to achieve the desired outcomes
  • Coach business leaders on inclusion and wellbeing to ensure best practice
  • Establish and support the creation of locally run Diversity & Inclusion Councils in larger geographical markets

Profile

  • Extensive experience designing, driving and delivering Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing programmes
  • Strong intellect with the ability to create a clear line of sight between organisational priorities, changes in regulation and legislation and the Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing agenda.
  • Highly analytical with an ability to using data and insights to drive decisions.
  • Able to build trust, be credible and 'hold their own' at different levels, within and outside the organisation.
  • Consultative style along with the determination and patience to achieve results.
  • Constructively critical with the desire to drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent project management and facilitation skills.
  • Previous experience working on culture or change management programmes with a passion for creating a diverse and inclusive culture
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal with complex and day to day problems
  • Previous experience in a Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing role dealing with c-suite and board level within a regulatory environment

Core working hours 11am - 3pm so your working hours can be flexible around these

Salary plus cash allowance plus a good bonus
