Description
- Drive the strategic people agenda
- Coach, influence and guide SLT on people matters
- Drive high levels of performance and accountability within the business
- Upskill line managers on leadership management capabilities
- Manage talent programmes in order to retain and develop talent
- Lead on change management programmes within the business
- Manage all complex Employee Relations casework
Profile
- CIPD qualified
- Proven track record operating at a senior HR BP
- Strong background in strategic HR Business partnering
- Experience leading talent and change programmes
- Strong employment law knowledge, able to manage complex ER casework
- Strategic thinker
- Strong coaching ability
- Ideally with experience from a fast paced multi site environment
