- Partner with SLT across region to drive forward strategic people agenda
- Coach, advice and guide leaders on all people matters
- Lead on large scale change programmes
- Complex ER casework
- Manage talent, identify high performers and succession planning
- Lead on various projects
Profile
- CIPD qualified
- Proven track record operating as a senior/regional HR BP
- Strong strategic HR Management skills
- Solid employment law knowledge
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Strong commercial acumen
