HR Business Partner in Huddersfield required for a successful manufacturing business. This is a true HR Business partnering role where you will work closely with the UK Operations Team Leaders and Managers to ensure they continue to have a productive, positive and pioneering workplace. The role is site based 5 days a week but flexibility and the possibility of working part-time (4 days) a week will be considered.

Description

• Working with Managers and Team Leader within the UK manufacturing site to provide them with HR support and advice
• Creating new policies and procedures and ensuring they are rolled out across the factory floor
• Monitoring attraction and retention within the business, working with the wider HR team to develop solutions for reducing attrition rates.
• Supporting the Apprenticeship Programme, working with the wider HR team to promote it in local education establishments.
• Supporting the development and review of role profiles to ensure they are a fair and true representation of the jobs being completed.
• Work closely with the Learning and Development Team to ensure all employees are well supported

Profile

• HR Business partner or HR Manager who has the ability to work with people at all levels
• Ideally CIPD qualified or similar
• Will be ambitious and wanting to take the next step in their career

Salary £45,000 - £52,000 + benefits
