Ashley Kate are excited to be working with our legal client in the Manchester area as they recruit a brand new role into their team! This business are passionate about Equality & diversity, promoting an inclusive culture, and developing their people. They are introducing a brand new role to take a lead in key HR projects, in particular EDI focused.
The HR Manager will be based at their Manchester office (Hybrid), working alongside a wider UK HR team and managing a wide range of stakeholders. Reporting to the HR Director, they will be focusing on delivering some key HR projects as part of the HR strategy, across 4 sites within the firm.
key elements of the role:
To plan and deliver varied projects, with a focus on ED&I.
Work with a number of internal committees devising annual initiatives
source and provide a wide range of training to support management in equality in recruitment, Bullying & harassment
Develop an internal communications strategy
Manage and develop areas such as Gender pay gap reporting, performance appraisals, well being initiatives
Analyse data and produce reports across EDI areas, developing and delivering initiatives
To be considered you will be a an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR project work, in particular around ED&I initiatives is essential. You will live and breathe core values and be passionate about continuing to promote and include workforce culture. You will be ideally CIPD qualified or working towards, and have a background working within a professional services environment.
