Job Details

The Diversity & Inclusion Advisor will join a leading Professional Services organisation on a 12-month FTC, and will be responsible for providing support to the DE&I department and wider People team.

Client Details

My client is a leading Professional Services, who operate on an international level.


Key responsibilities:

  • Report into the Head of DE&I and provide support on a number of DE&I initiatives
  • Work with the DE&I team on the end to end design and delivery of projects aligned to the global D&I strategy
  • Work collaboratively with the wider people and culture team to ensure the delivery of a high level and accurate service
  • Manage reports and analysis of diversity metrics across the organisation
  • Provide administrative support to the DE&I function


  • A passion for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
  • Experience in a generalist HR role with an interest/ desire to learn and develop in DE&I
  • Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take on new tasks and projects

Job Offer

  • £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

  • Hybrid working - 2 home-based days, 2 office days and 1 flexible day
